Needs-Based Product Selection
As a full-service provider, Pre-We offers you comprehensive and efficient collaboration – from the initial consultation to the final product selection. Your individual needs are always the central focus. Our needs-based product selection begins with a personal consultation, which can take place either by phone, video conference, or directly on-site at your location. During on-site visits, we jointly analyze your requirements and parameters and make specific recommendations based on this analysis. Targeted sampling also gives you the opportunity to test and evaluate selected printing solutions in practice. Additionally, upon request, we offer product presentations directly on-site – practical, clear, and always with an eye on cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
In dialogue with you, we select the right card printer – matched to your annual requirements, the desired card sizes, your individual layout, and the specific needs regarding single- or double-sided printing. Naturally, consultation is also possible as part of a presentation appointment – structured, transparent, and cost-conscious.
Printer Selection
Based on your needs, the suitable printer type is selected in advance – dependent on your annual requirement, card size(s), your layout, single- or double-sided printing, etc. – with a focus on cost-efficiency and optionally on-site during a presentation appointment.
Ongoing Service
For queries, layout changes, malfunctions, software updates, etc., we are happy to assist you via remote maintenance or, if necessary, on-site.
Installation
We carry out the installation (printer drivers, software, templates, etc.) either via remote maintenance or at your location (free of charge).
Maintenance
To ensure trouble-free long-term operation and the best possible print quality, printers should be regularly maintained, cleaned, have their settings optimised, and their software and drivers updated. We are happy to support you with these tasks, guiding you through the process via remote maintenance.
Training
We professionally conduct the training either via remote maintenance (free of charge) or at your location, and also provide needs-based templates, layout suggestions, etc., for managing & designing your price tags, for your free use, right away.
Repair
Malfunctions are analyzed via telephone, remote maintenance, and remote diagnosis, and are resolved directly in most cases. In the event of mechanical defects, please send your device to us for repair "in a suitable shipping box." Repairs outside of the warranty – up to CHF, € 50.00, etc. – will be carried out promptly on account. Above this amount, you will receive a quote for your decision beforehand.
Pre-We Labeling/Signage Service
1. Alternatively, you can send us your article/product list and/or texts from your merchandise management system, etc.
2. For the initial order, we create a layout tailored to your company as a print template. Price tag size and colours, single-sided or double-sided printing, layout, logos, allergen/additive labeling, with/without price, etc. – everything can be freely selected and designed.
Shipping takes place promptly after layout and print approval.
